Jimmy Wales: Time's 10 Questions

WikipediaLast month I mentioned the new "10 Questions" feature in Time magazine and how much I like it.  I certainly don't plan to link to this feature in every issue(!), but I figured you might be interested in reading this recent series of questions with Wikipedia co-founder Jimmy Wales.  It helps shed some light on what Wales is planning next.

I continue to find the "More Questions with..." online element more valuable than the 10 questions in print.  In this case, you'll see Wales talk about Wikia's recent vertical ventures into gaming, cars and health, for example.

I do have one minor but important suggestion for the folks at Time: Can you please start adding links from your articles to the sites/topics you're talking about?!  Quit worrying about losing eyeballs as they click to sites outside of time.com -- by providing this simple service to your site you'll make it an even more attractive resource and cause visitors to come back again.  Besides, do you really think that by not providing a link from time.com nobody is leaving the site to find the resource on their own?!  Save a step for all your readers and just embed the links in the story.
