Answers to Common Publishing Questions

SellingPower magazine recently ran this great article (free registration required) featuring an interview with author and speaker Rick Frishman.  In the Q&A portion of the article, Rick does a great job providing solid answers to a number of popular publishing questions (e.g., How much is a typical advance?, What's a platform?, etc.)
